At F14 Property we specialise in selling residential land, both with and without planning permission, across London and the south-east of England.

We have a long client list of builders, developers, architects, and self-builders (people building a home to live in as opposed to selling on to an end-user) all looking to purchase land.

Whether you're looking to sell a small piece of your garden for a single home, or have land with planning permission to build a 10-dwelling estate, then we're your guys.

HOW IT WORKS
At F14 Property, we operate similar to an online estate agent, except we deal exclusively with land so we can provide genuine expert advice.
We're also a lot cheaper that most online agencies who can often charge up to £1,500 to sell your property. Our flat fee is simply based on the number of properties your planning application covers, as well as the area the land is located - nothing more, and no hidden fees.

We also believe that you know your land better than anyone so you get to dictate the asking price (although we're more than happy to offer our expert guidance to help set the right price!)

During the sale, we will market your land to our extensive list of developers/house builders, and optionally, can list your land on various online portals at no extra cost. We arrange viewings, vet all potential buyers, negotiate on your behalf, and finally, once a sale is agreed, we keep on top of both parties solicitors to make sure conveyancing is as quick and smooth as possible.
